Objective and Target Groups

 

The project aims to improve the competencies of social workers and students in Kosovo and Albania, enabling them to provide better support to migrant populations. The primary target groups are social work students, current social workers, and educators involved in social sciences and psychology programs at partner institutions.

The main objectives of the project are:

To create a set of guidelines for integrating topics related to migration into existing curricula

To revise and enrich the curricula of social sciences and psychology faculties in partner educational institutions to incorporate topics related to migration

O3

To develop and pilot digital short micro credential courses tailored for practicing social workers, focusing on specialized knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique needs and challenges faced by migrants

O4

To provide capacity-building initiatives for educators/trainers involved in curriculum enhancement and micro credential course design
