Project Overview
The WB-Edu4Migration project, funded by the EU under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Strand 1 program,
addresses the critical skills gap among social workers in Kosovo and Albania regarding migrant populations. This gap hinders social workers'
ability to effectively assist migrants, and educational institutions have yet to fully integrate migration-related coursework into social work
programs. The project seeks to enhance the skills of both students and practitioners in these countries by reforming curricula, developing
micro-credential digital courses, and implementing capacity-building activities. These efforts aim to create a more inclusive and supportive
environment for migrants and help social workers better advocate for their needs.
